WLMG is a dynamic multi-franchise dealership group seeking a skilled and motivated Master Technician to join our thriving MG, Suzuki, Fiat, and Abarth dealership in Reading.

About the Role: As a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear estimates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Perform high-quality repairs and servicing to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Automotive Technology
EV qualification (training provided if needed)
3+ years of workshop experience
Valid driving license
