Wlmg is a leading multi-franchise dealership group seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our Nissan, Kia, and MG Service Centre in South Ruislip.

About the Role: As a Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth workshop experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide professional assistance.
Advise customers on technical queries and vehicle issues.
Schedule and manage vehicle appointments.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle.
Cross-sell relevant products and services.
Process invoices and warranty claims.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.
