Visiting your local WLMG Dealership

Following the most recent UK Government advice, as of Wednesday 2nd December we are now fully open across all of our dealerships. We still have the same social distancing measures in place as the health and safety of our customers and colleagues remains our number one priority. Where possible, we have maintained the 2-Metre social distance markers across all of our dealerships. We feel this has worked exceptionally well so far, allowing us to operate safely while also causing minimal inconvenience for both our staff and customers.

To make sure we’re doing everything possible to reduce the risk of infection for our customers and colleagues, we will ensure that we are following the latest Government Advice with regards to social distancing measures in our showrooms.

It’s important to assure you of the thorough Health and Safety procedures we have in place to help keep our customers and staff safe and healthy, while providing all of our usual facilities and services for you. The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority, and we’ve implemented further protocols throughout our dealerships. We’re diligently cleaning and disinfecting high-traffic areas throughout the day after serving customers and restricting employees from working under certain circumstances. We have rearranged our waiting areas to accommodate the Social Distancing guidelines.


Keeping our Customers & Colleagues Safe

  • We offer you a warm welcome but we are now practising a non-handshake policy and following the recommendations for Social Distancing.
  • No more than two people from the same household will be permitted into the showroom / service area
  • Where necessary, we’ll limit the flow of people coming into our dealerships to make sure they don’t get too busy.
  • We have reconfigured showrooms and removed cars, where applicable, to provide more space to help us follow Social Distancing recommendations.
  • We have reduced staff numbers in dealerships by asking some to work from home.
  • Staff in dealerships are asked to avoid close contact.
  • Our staff wash with soap & water or sanitise their hands thoroughly & frequently.
  • The cleaning staff have stepped up the frequency & intensity of their work
  • Our staff are using hand sanitisers, steering wheel covers, gloves, seat covers, and other relevant products best suited to their role and work.
  • Similarly, our technicians wipe the interior tactile elements of customers’ cars before and after working on them.
  • We discourage employees from using other employees’ workspaces, tools and equipment

  • If there are any sick employees, they are told to stay home and follow the Government Guidelines before returning to work.
  • Please be advised refreshments (hot or cold) will NOT be available in the showroom to avoid cross contamination.
  • Cashless Payments only. Customers will be required to pay any charges due by debit / credit card. Over the phone payment limits will still be applicable.
  • Please bring a suitable face mask, as these are compulsory throughout our dealerships.
