MG Motor UK has announced a comprehensive suite of updates across its popular MG3, MG ZS, and MG HS ranges. The enhancements deliver a smoother, quieter driving experience alongside elevated comfort, convenience, and technology across all three model lines.

Key engineering refinements to the traction motor and generator in the MG3 and MG ZS Hybrid+ models reduce cabin noise and vibration for a more relaxed drive. The innovative Hybrid+ system continues to pair a class-leading 1.83kWh battery with a segment-exclusive 3-speed automatic transmission, offering immediate throttle response, punchy acceleration, and exceptional fuel efficiency.

Alongside powertrain upgrades, every model receives interior updates, including fresh upholstery, advanced connectivity features, and premium luxury options.

The compact MG3 pairs responsive 194 PS Hybrid+ performance with up to 64.2 mpg efficiency and low 100 g/km CO₂ emissions. Inside, SE variants feature a new black cloth seat design, while Trophy Hybrid+ trims gain premium black leather- and suede-style upholstery.

Range-topping Trophy models add an opening panoramic sunroof, power tailgate, and new leather/suede-style seating. Emerald Green joins the exterior color lineup.

MG HS: Advanced Hybrid Technology & Executive Refinement

Standing as the UK’s sixth best-selling vehicle year-to-date, the MG HS range offers petrol, Hybrid+, and Plug-in Hybrid (PHEV) powertrains. Ideal for fleet and business users, the HS PHEV boasts up to 75 miles of pure-EV range (12 g/km CO₂), placing it in the favorable 7% Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) tax band with a combined total range exceeding 670 miles.

Across the range, standard additions include a 360-degree HD camera and mirror tilt-down for effortless reversing. SE variants gain heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, wireless charging, all-round one-touch windows, and iSMART connected smartphone features. Trophy trims add ventilated front seats, an opening panoramic sunroof, and an optional red interior. Arctic Blue now serves as the standard paint, joined by Camden Grey and Cosmic Silver metallic options.
