The safety and well-being of our customers and of our colleagues is of the utmost importance. While the situation around Coronavirus keeps evolving, we’re closely monitoring government and official public health organisation announcements for guidance, and we want to let you know the actions we are taking in our dealerships.

WLMG fully reopened all departments on 1st June.

As part of our ongoing policy of protecting both our staff and customers we implements changes to our dealerships.

  1. We did deep cleans of all our dealerships during lockdown
  2. We have removed vehicles from the showroom floor ensuring customers and staff can moved round vehicles without breaching the 2m social distancing rules
  3. We have created sanitation stations containing hand sanitizer, gloves and tissues
  4. We have marked the floor to guide customers around the dealership safely.
  5. Each desk has been fitted with a perspex screen and we have marked a 2m zone around the desk to protect our staff and customers.
  6. We have locked all our cars in the showroom and if a customer wishes to view the car we will sanitise the space for them.
  7. We have increased the frequency of cleaning in all our facilities.

As the rules evolve we will make any further necessary changes to ensure everyone safety. We will continue to take every precautionary measure we can to ensure our dealerships remain as clean and hygienic as possible.

Whilst we are taking every step possible to ensure our staff protect the health and wellbeing of our customers, we would also request for you not to enter our dealerships if:

  • Experienced any symptoms of Coronavirus
  • Been in contact with anybody who has shown signs/symptoms of the virus

Where possible, we are happy to conduct business over the telephone, email or via our Virtual appointment service.
