About the Role

As a Trainee Aftersales Adviser, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our service department. You will be learning the ropes from an experienced team, helping us deliver an outstanding experience to every customer through honesty, clear communication, and great service.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include learning how to:

Welcome Customers: Greet visitors professionally and give a great first impression of our service department.
Book & Manage Vehicles: Schedule cars in for service or repair work and keep track of them as they move through the workshop.
Keep Customers Updated: Contact customers to keep them in the loop on their vehicle’s progress.
Handle Invoicing & Admin: Prepare final invoices and learn how manufacturer warranties work.
Recommend Products & Services: Help customers understand what their vehicle needs to stay safe and roadworthy.

What We’re Looking For

No prior automotive experience is necessary—we will provide full training! We are looking for someone who:

Is a good communicator with a polite, helpful manner (on the phone and face-to-face).
Is organized, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Has a positive, "can-do" attitude.
A full UK driving licence is a bonus, but not essential to start!

Working Hours & Salary

Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability as required in a retail environment).
Location: On-site at WLMG Ruislip.
Salary: £16,000.00 – £23,000.00 per year (Dependent on Age & Experience + Bonus Opportunities)

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
