In addition to the global debut of the all-new MG3 Hybrid+, MG is offering even more at the 2024 Geneva Motor Show.

Today, MG is releasing new details of its highly anticipated Cyberster convertible at Geneva with the dramatic EV’s headline power and performance figures and striking colour options confirmed for the first time.

The Cyberster with its dual electric motor and all-wheel drive configuration confirms its status as the fastest accelerating and most powerful production car to have worn the iconic MG badge.

The car will cover 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in 3.2 seconds. Power output is 544PS (400kW) with maximum torque of 535 lb ft (725 NM).

The single motor Cyberster will deliver power figures of 340PS (250kW) with the maximum torque available confirmed at 350 lb ft (475 NM). The 0-62mph (0-100km/h) sprint time will be just 5.2 seconds.

The Cyberster’s remarkable styling will be further enhanced with an evocative range of paint colours and finishes.  The Dynamic Red launch colour will be joined by New English White and two metallic paint choices, Camden Grey and Cosmic Silver. A dramatic Inca Yellow will be offered as a premium option. Both black and red roof colours will also be offered for Cyberster models.

The Cyberster will be joined by the MG4 EV XPOWER as well as two models from the company’s international portfolio, the fastback MG7 saloon and the all-electric MG9 saloon.

Both models underline MG’s genuine global appeal and presence, and the company’s ability to offer customers a comprehensive selection of models ranging from the new MG3 Hybrid+ supermini through to the luxurious, all-electric MG9.

There will also be a first opportunity to discover the premium and technologically cutting-edge SUVs and saloons, LS6 and L6. The L6 saloon is set to make its global debut at the Geneva Show.

IM stands for Intelligent Mobility and it is the new intelligent BEV brand from MG’s parent company and will explore new technologies to deliver an exciting driving experience.

Due to be available in Europe in 2025, IM models will be defined by a clear commitment to the use of advanced technology in driving assistance and controls, intelligent and connected services for customers as well as leading-edge EV powertrains.

The all-electric L6 combines breathtaking performance, accelerating to 0-100 km/h in under 3 seconds, whilst also delivering an exceptional range over 600 kilometres and 800 kilometres in two different specifications. *
