Chris Heath – Slough Kia & Peugeot
Hi, I’m Chris Heath and I work at WLMG Slough Kia & Peugeot. I have been with WLMG for 5 years. I became a Motability specialist because I wanted to learn more about the industry. I enjoy the challenges that the job presents and I get a great sense of achievement from helping people find and adapt Motability vehicles to their needs.
Andrew Beavis – Eastcote Kia & Nissan
Hello, I’m Andrew Beavis and I have been at WLMG Eastcote Kia & Nissan for 2 years. I have been a Motability specialist for around 23 years now, and feel I have a special affinity with Motability customers. The scheme is vital to improving the lives of disabled customers and it’s important that they go home with the vehicle that caters for their needs.
Alan Elshawoki – High Wycombe Kia
My name is Alan Elshawoki and I have been with WLMG for 1 year. I’m new to the motor trade and immediately became interested in taking on the role of Motability specialist. I saw it as a good way to learn about our vehicles whilst helping Motability customers to choose the right car for them. It gives me a sense of achievement to know that I am helping to improve someone’s life through the guidance I give.
Adnan Afzal – High Wycombe Kia
Hello, I’m Adnan Afzal, and I work at WLMG Kia in High Wycombe. I have been in the motor trade for 6 years, the last 3 of which have been at WLMG. I went into Motability because I wanted to do more to help our Motability customers become more mobile and expand my knowledge of the motor industry. I wanted to support those of our clients who find it difficult to meet the demands of everyday life.
Richard Tanswell – Shepperton Nissan
I’m Richard Tanswell and I’ve been a Motability specialist for 6 years. I was advised by a colleague to become a Motability specialist and find it an enjoyable and rewarding experience. I like building a relationship up with our clients, helping them with their choices – from picking their Motability car to advising them on finance options and making adaptations.
Diego Villalba – Shepperton Nissan
My name is Diego Villalba and I have been an accredited Motability specialist for 8 years. I decided to become a Motability specialist because I enjoy every aspect of customer service and like the challenge that finding and adapting Motability vehicles presents.
Matthew Dean – Shepperton Fiat
I’m Matthew Dean and I’ve been at WLMG Fiat Shepperton for 2 years. I jumped at the chance of becoming aMotability specialist because I wanted to help our Motability customers improve their lives. It’s so important for disabled people and their families to be able to get around easily and comfortably, and I’m thrilled to be helping them.
Keith Maxwell – Eastcote Nissan
Hi, I’m Keith and I’ve been a Motability specialist for 18 years. I originally got into Motability because as an experienced salesperson, I felt I had a lot to offer Motability customers in terms of knowledge of different makes and models and how best to adapt a vehicle to suit their needs. I thoroughly enjoy the responsibility and the chance to give our customers a great experience.
Tony Masella – High Wycombe Nissan
My name is Tony Masella and I’ve been at WLMG Nissan in High Wycombe for 1 year. I decided to become a Motability specialist because I wanted to be able to help our Motability customers become more mobile. I’ve had the chance to build some great relationships and hope I can continue to build my knowledge in the role.
Martin Corrie – Mill Hill Nissan
Hello, I’m Martin Corrie. I have been a Motability specialist for 4 years and decided to take on the role because I like seeing the value it adds to people’s lives. It’s a rewarding job and it’s great to have customers come back to you with positive comments.
Peter Pittard – Mill Hill Nissan
Hi, my name’s Peter Pittard and I have been a Motability specialist for 6 years. I think the Motability Scheme is great because it means people are fully informed when choosing their vehicle. Everyone’s needs are different and it’s important that each car we sell under the scheme is properly suited to the particular customer.
Fay Ahmed – Hanwell Nissan
Hi, I’m Faye Ahmed and I’ve been an accredited Motability specialist for 10 years. I took on the role because I enjoy helping people find the right car for them. From choosing a vehicle to filling out the paper work, it’s great to be there to advise our customers through the whole process.
Rizwan Shah – Hanwell Nissan
My name is Rizwan Shah and I have been with WLMG Nissan in Hanwell for 2 years. I decided to become a Motaility specialist because I enjoy the challenge that Motability delivers and like to see our customers going home happy with a car that’s right for their needs.
Dee Mogul – Slough Peugeot
Hello, I’m Dee Mogul and I have been at WLMG Peugeot Slough for 4 years. Since becoming a Motability specialist, I have met a great variety of people on a daily basis. Everyone’s needs are different and I enjoy meeting those needs to the best of my ability.
Steve Ryan – Reading Nissan
Hi, my name is Steve Rhan and I have been a Motability specialist for 2 years. I was a little apprehensive about taking on the role of Motability specialist, as it is a demanding job, but it is the best thing I have done in my career. I love the challenge and find the job very rewarding.
Mark Horton – Reading Nissan
Hello, I’m Mark Horton. I have been a Motability specialist for 3 years, and was keen to take on the job as it meant I could do more to help WLMG customers. For me, customer satisfaction is really important and I enjoy not only helping Motability customers find the right vehicle, but also seeing them come back to us time and again for advice.
